We’re a 100% New Zealand owned (proud of it), fast-growing, dynamic company seeking the skills of a commercially savvy and proactive individual to lead and develop the core marketing capabilities and disciplines as our Head of Marketing and Communications.

This is an exciting, newly created position and as such we need a self-starter who’s confident in developing and delivering marketing initiatives and strategies to suit the diversity of our business both internally and externally. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following core competencies:

• Strong leadership and self-management skills; advise, lead, develop and deliver
• A degree of entrepreneurial flair and the ability to achieve outcomes without rigid structures and guidelines; Indevin is not a Corporate
• Exceptional communication skills
• A willingness to perform tasks from hands-on, tactical through to long-term, strategic, and to work with people from all facets of the business and at all levels.
