WineWorks is the leading contract wine-bottling operation in New Zealand with three plants based in Auckland, Hawke's Bay and Marlborough. The New Zealand wine industry continues to be a growth industry and WineWorks Auckland is introducing a night shift in the next few months to increase our bottling capacity. To facilitate that, we are excited to be able to offer a new role, that of Night Operations Manager. This role will be an important part of our Plant Leadership team, responsible for establishing WineWorks as a 24/5 operation across the Production, Warehouse, Cellar and Engineering departments. This role will be responsible for the smooth running of Night Shift operations across the plant, supporting safe, efficient and quality work through effective leadership and developing a self-sufficient shift with a positive culture and work environment. 

Candidates with experience in food & beverage manufacturing or warehousing is desirable, proven as a supervisor or manager of a high-performing team an absolute priority.  We are looking for someone who prioritises Health and Safety, Quality, and is an experienced coach of continuous improvement, able to demonstrate your teams’ achievements.

The Night Shift manager will be part of a supportive Plant Leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager in a modern purpose-built bottling facility based in Onehunga.
