Based in the CBD, support the north island grocery sales team and kick-start your own career within a successful global company.
Due to internal promotion we have an awesome opportunity for an upbeat and proactive individual to join the team! This is a fast-paced role where you will take ownership for various functions and ensure that the wider sales team continue to hum. You will learn the ins and outs of our impressive product portfolio and be crucial in maintaining and building relationships and systems.
You will support the team by providing key administrative support to the Grocery team including booking travel and raising purchase orders, maintenance of sales support systems, event planning and coordination as required and being the key liaison for merchandisers. If you have the energy and drive to keep up, opportunities to progress and learn more are abundant!
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous administrative / co-ordinator / reception experience
- Show initiative and have confidence to ask questions
- Love building relationships on the phone or in person
- Be computer and systems savvy with desire to learn more
- Have a ‘can-do’ approach
- Have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines with a smile
