Senior Brand Manager – Wine Industry (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We’re evolving our portfolio and continuing to invest in brands and innovation. Now we’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager who’s ready to help shape the next chapter.

This is a 12-month fixed term role, based in Auckland. This is ideal for someone who loves building brands, spotting untapped growth opportunities, and turning insight into commercially sharp innovation.

What you’ll do

· Lead global growth strategies for our hero brands across both local and international markets
· Uncover new opportunities and white-space areas to strengthen our portfolio
· Own the end-to-end NPD pipeline, from insights and concepts through to launch
· Develop fully integrated campaigns across digital, trade and consumer channels
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Winemaking, Supply Chain and agency partners to bring ideas to life
· Craft compelling brand and product propositions that deliver long-term, sustainable growth
This role is central to evolving Yealands’ portfolio to meet changing consumer needs while ensuring we build strong, scalable brand platforms.

What you’ll bring

· Prior experience in the wine industry (essential)
· 5+ years in brand management, marketing or innovation roles
· A proven ability to take NPD from idea to launch
· Strong commercial and financial acumen
· Confidence working cross functionally and influencing across teams
· Strategic curiosity, creative problem-solving and genuine passion for wine
