Leveret Mills Reef is a privately-owned, fully-integrated wine company with wineries in Hawkes Bay and Kati Kati. This position is based at our Riverview site near Hastings.
We are looking for an experienced Cellar Hand to work within a small hands-on team who is dynamic and enthusiastic with strong communication skills, works well under pressure. An interest in wine would be an advantage.
The role comprises:
- Day to day cellar operations
- Fruit receival and processing
- Barrel operations
- Laboratory operations
- Fermentation inoculations, monitoring and management
- Sample collection
- Supervising temporary staff over vintage
