About the role
An opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Vineyard Operator to join our vineyards team. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will carry out a broad range of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in Continuous Improvement programs at the vineyard
- Conducting the full range of day to day activities including hands on manual tasks, operation machinery and use and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Record keeping and standard HSE company practices / procedures compliance
- Contributing to a workplace culture centered on safety and achieving production and quality targets.
About you
Bring your confidence, ability to show initiative and flexibility, and great interpersonal skills to the table as you work in a close-knit team environment. You hold a current driver's license and are able to undertake shift work and overtime as necessary. A willingness to learn and undertake necessary industry training, which will be provided, will see you succeed. Approved handler certificate or grow safe certificate would be beneficial.
