Quench is popular and high quality bar and restaurant situated within the luxury hotel, Chateau Marlborough. We are currently seeking a full-time Guest Services Agent to join our team in Marlborough, a region steeped in rich culture and traditions.

Role Specifics, Requirements, and Expectations:
As a Guest Services Agent, you will help create memorable stays for our cliental, ensuring they come back time after time.
Duty Manager License Desirable
Key Expectations:
- The provision of exceptional first impressions and customer service to exceed guest expectations at all times
- Showing walk-in enquiries through rooms and up-selling
- Efficient and professional handling of all telephone/email reservations including prompt confirmation responses and re-confirmations for busy nights
- Strive to generate repeat and referral business
- Promotion of the Chateau Marlborough Loyalty Programme
- Be Proactive in selling our products and services at all times
- Consistently achieve desired outcomes and maintain focus on key priorities.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage time and work priorities.
- Be enterprising, open to new ideas and change in the workplace and seek more effective and better ways of carrying out your role.
- Be co-operative and supportive of other team members through consultation, providing feedback and sharing information with others.
- Consider the attitudes and perspectives of the audience and adapt to their differing needs.
