VITIS and Winemakers services include sales, and technical assistance. We are the agent for Della Toffola Pacific equipment, with offices in Preston (Victoria) and Blenheim (New Zealand).
About the position
- Vitis & Winemakers is seeking either a full time or part time experienced administrative officer to join the team. Retail experience will be advantageous in the role. Flexible hours on offer for the right candidate.
- *Office administration and retail support
- *Customer service and sales support
- *Assist with processing inwards goods and dispatching orders
- *Assist with processing customer orders
- *Assist with accounts payable / accounts receivable functions
- *Answering phones
- *Work closely with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team in Australia.
- *Assist with other general administrative tasks as required.
About you
- *Wine industry experience favourable
- *Genuine interest in the wine and beverage industry
- *Efficient in accounts payable functions
- *Energetic, dynamic and have great communication skills
- *Excellent time management skills
- *Experience with DEAR inventory systems or equivalent is advantageous
- *Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Negotiable based on experience.
Part time or full time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
