About the Role
We are looking for one laboratory technician to work at our largest winery Kim Crawford winery in Rapaura, Blenheim. Reporting to the Site Leader, this role is in the laboratory of the cellar where our award-winning wines are crafted.
Key Responsibilities
· Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc
· Conducting laboratory chemical and microbiological procedures
· Carrying out testing and trials and assisting the Senior Lab Technician
· Laboratory harvest operations
About You
· Experience in a winery laboratory preferred
· A certificate, diploma or degree in Science
· Ability to own problems and provide solutions based on technical experience
· Excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills
