The role:
Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, the successful candidate can expect to operate relevant vineyard machinery, create standard operating procedures, ensure Health and Safety requirements are being adhered to, supervise contracting labour, deputize for the Vineyard Operations Manager and perform other various vineyard duties. Working alongside the Vineyard Operations Manager you will ensure superior vineyard outcomes are consistently achieved.
 
The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2-3 years vineyard experience (including machinery operations) and be looking for the next opportunity. You may have a grow safe certificate and have other relevant qualifications. You will be reliable and flexible as the season dictates. Most importantly you will have a strong work ethic and be ready to get stuck in and be part of a great team.
 
You will be a New Zealand resident with a full driver’s license.
