About the Role
To manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of assigned vineyards to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, while achieving yield & quality. Fostering a culture of engagement, safety and wellness that is actively observed and practiced.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure that workplace safety and environmental safety is at the forefront of everything we do.
· Ensure quality and yield on all company owned and managed Vineyards.
· Overall accountability for expenditure across vineyards.
· Lead and develop a team of Vineyard Operators.
· Managing and liaising with external contractors.
About You
· At least 3 years’ experience in Viticultural operational management or supervising.
· Demonstrated history of health and safety management.
· History of effective people management and leading teams to success.
· Experience in managing costs and operating a budget.
· Passionate about growing quality grapes and delivering a premium product.
· Respectful, positive and a keen collaborator.
