The summer season is coming! 

The Cloudy Bay Vineyards team are looking forward to entering another exciting summer season, where we will grow and harvest the grapes that will be used for this coming year’s vintage.  We’re looking to put together a team made up of enthusiastic and outdoors-loving staff to start in mid-October.  We seek people who take pride in their work and can take on the challenge of working towards precise standards to produce a luxury, world-class product. 

The technical assistants will assist with yield estimation data collection, pest and disease monitoring, stem water potential measurements and R&D projects. 

The role would be ideally suited to students of viticulture or winemaking who wish to develop their technical skills. 

Applicants will need to have: 

  • - attention to detail 

  • - some viticulture knowledge 

  • - a willingness to work in the outdoors 

  • - a good attitude 

  • - a good level of physical fitness 

The roles are required until mid-April 2020 although finishing date can be negotiated.
