Job Description

We are a collection of premium wineries from Australia and New Zealand, part of the family-owned Joval Group. Our market leading wineries include Catalina Sounds and Nanny Goat Vineyard in New Zealand, Tar & Roses and Sticks in Victoria as well as our exciting new project Southern Light Vineyards.

This role is based in New Zealand, working from the outrageously stunning vineyard in Marlborough.

The role and why you should join us

We are looking for a Production & Export Logistics Coordinator to start immediately, owning everything from the production moment to the end customer. This role offers you a chance to work with leading brands as well as:

Key Responsibilities

As our Production & Export Logistics Coordinator you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless export of our wines to international markets.

You’ll also:

  • Ensure operational excellence in our bottling process
  • Liaise with winemakers to organise dispatch of wine
  • Be responsible for compliance & quality
  • Manage production processes are, from bottling to labelling & packaging
  • Arrange and manage international shipping
  • Maintain excellent records and documentation
  • Build and develop strong relationships with our suppliers.

  • Experience working in the wine industry
  • Strong grasp of export documentation and compliance
  • Demonstrated success in a logistics, supply chain or export coordinator role
  • A flexible attitude, this role will demand different things & some out of hours calls
  • To be able to work independently and make decisions with confidence
