About the role:
The Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant is a key role in the business and will take responsibility for the Accounts Payable and supporting the Senior Finance Administrator in other administrative areas. Reporting to the Senior Finance Administrator, specific areas of responsibility will include: The accounts payable process (including obtaining authorisations, data entry, meeting deadlines and batching invoices for payment) and providing support to the Senior Finance Administrator in the form of bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations and other duties as required.
About you:
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable role where you have been responsible for these areas and more. Your communication skills will be top notch and you will be able to build rapport with ease, taking your work seriously but knowing how to have fun while doing it.
