DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Bartender to work in Vices & Virtues, our latest restaurant and bar offering in Salisbury Street, Christchurch CBD.

Designed by the award winning Rachel Luchetti and adjoining a luxury accommodation complex, the 100 seat upmarket Vices & Virtues is due to open May 2019. The restaurant and bar will be a busy gourmet affair featuring the latest food trends, exceptional wine and innovative cocktails.

If you have a friendly, outgoing disposition, some previous experience as a cocktail bartender and love being able to create memorable moments get in touch!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate spirit knowledge and ability to make all classic cocktails
  • Confident to create cocktails on the spot when requested
  • Excellent wine knowledge
  • Warm and friendly personality with exceptional communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow your hospitality career
  • Flexible to work over a 7 day rotating roster
  • Passionate about bar and restaurant trends and best practices
