Bell Hill Vineyard is a successful and super premium vineyard and winery based near Waikari (North Canterbury), growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay under BioGro organic certification, and implementing Bio-Dynamic practices.

We are seeking an individual to join us on our 3.2ha high plant density vineyard with winery. This is a unique site with proven potential underpinned by a focus on detail. We are a small team with each member needing to be adaptive, capable of excellent thinking, initiative and problem solving. 

A dedicated, like-minded person, excited about working with limestone soils, quality winegrowing, and the result in the glass is who we are looking for.

We are seeking a Vineyard Manager – experienced in viticulture with the ability to train and lead a vineyard team for all vineyard tasks as well as assisting with processing the harvest.

The position is full-time and reports to the Owners/GM.
