Bell Hill Vineyard is a successful and super premium vineyard and winery based near Waikari (North Canterbury), growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay under BioGro organic certification, and implementing Bio-Dynamic practices.
We are seeking an individual to join us on our 3.2ha high plant density vineyard with winery. This is a unique site with proven potential underpinned by a focus on detail. We are a small team and need to be adaptable, show initiative, be problem solvers and excellent thinkers.
A dedicated, like-minded person, excited about working with limestone soils, quality winegrowing, and the result in the glass is who we are looking for.
The Position At Bell Hill Is:
Winegrower/Winemaker – working within the vineyard team, owning the process of growing the fruit and progressing that into wine, managing the winemaking process, wine care, bottling, packaging, and logistics.
OR
Viticulturist/Vineyard Manager – experienced in viticulture with the ability to train/lead a vineyard team for all vineyard tasks, including frost protection and assisting with processing the harvest.
A successful applicant will eventually have the opportunity to move into a combined General Management role.
The positions are full-time and report to the Owners.
