Rippon is looking for an Assistant Winemaker to join our team in Wanaka. While predominantly a winery position, seasonal demands will require the successful candidate to work in the vineyard during the year.
This is a permanent position, commencing during the summer of 2019.
To be considered for this role you must:
- have a right to ongoing work, permanently, in New Zealand (NZ resident or relevant NZ work visa)
- have extensive winery experience
- be physically strong
- be comfortable working in both a winery and vineyard environment
- be comfortable working both independently and as part of a strong team
- be available for interview in Wanaka at the start of November 2018
- have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- preferably have experience in working with organics or biodynamics.
