An established organic 20 ha vineyard in Central Otago is looking for a motivated individual to come on board. This role is a Managers role.
For the right person this role can expand to include running trials and involvement with the day-to-day operations of a very unique and exciting vineyard. This vineyard already has a proven record of producing high-end Pinot Noirs as well as a good size planting of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Tempranillo.
The vineyard is bio-gro certified with an increasing interest into bio dynamics. This role would suit someone who is passionate about the organic industry that already has some tractor and management experience. We are looking for someone who can liase with the Viticulturist and also work independently with a strong work ethic. This management role will have some great variabilty and the opportunity to grow with the company.
An above industry-standard pay packet would be offered to the right applicant.
