Two Paddocks is a niche Central Otago family-owned, organic winegrower. We are now searching for a Vineyard Assistant Manager to support the Vineyard Manager/Viticulturist across five different vineyards spread throughout Central Otago.

- Tertiary qualification in viticulture and 3 years of Vineyard experience
- Skills in organic farming practices or a keen willingess to learn
- Play a key role in planning and compliance record keeping
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
- Staff supervision is a large part of the role, so the successful applicant will show strong leadership qualities with an aptitude for driving efficiencies and high-quality outcomes with every task
