The ideal applicant will have some tertiary training in viticulture, with a desire to produce wine grapes of the highest order, and a strong interest in learning Biodynamic Viticulture.
A very good communicator at all levels, and with the ability to get on with a wide variety of people. A motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work 'hands-on' and be actively involved at all times. Physically fit to handle the environment, is essential. The right attitude to get stuck in and learn about grape-growing along side our fantastic team, as this is a 'hands-on' vineyard work-based position.
A New Zealand resident or hold a current New Zealand work visa.
