Set against the backdrop of the majestic Pisa mountain range near Cromwell, Amisfield is one of the largest single estate vineyards in Central Otago.   Our first vines were planted in 1999 and they continue to thrive in this continental climate with its cold winters, hot summers and low rainfall.

We know our people are also what makes us special - we work together and support each other so that we may grow both our people and our business.  As one of our supervisors you will get in and work alongside the crew to achieve this and ensure our team feel valued for their contribution and enjoy their time at work.   

Working with our managers and other supervisors, together you will oversee a team of 30-50 vineyard workers depending on the season.  Although it will help, you don't necessarily need to have previous vineyard supervisory experience as we will provide you with the training and support to set you up for success.  As long as you have had some experience working in viticulture, understand how to lead and motivate a team, and have an appetite to learn and progress, then this may be the right opportunity for you!.

Applicants for this position should have NZ citizenship/residency or a NZ work visa with a minimum of 12 months validity.  Applicants should also be currently within New Zealand.
