Viticulturalist/Vineyard Supervisor.
One year contract with 90-day trial start date 18 June 2018.
Duties involve:
- Winter pruning, Spring/Summer canopy management
- Tractor work, mowing, spraying, nets, harvest
- Mowing - vineyard hinterland, house and B&B
- Chainsaw, fencing and trellis repair
- Spring/summer training and supervision of seasonal workers
- Occasional cellar door tasting, sales, marketing
- General gardening around the house, B&B
