Retail Bar Manager (CASUAL)
We are looking for experienced casual Retail Bar Managers to join VILLAGE and help create the most exhilarating sports party of the summer!
That’s right – we're after clever individuals to assist our specialised event team throughout the HSBC NZ Sevens tournament in 2023.
Your key responsibilities:
You will report primarily to our Retail Manager and will work closely with the rest of VILLAGE front of house staff
You will be one of several team leaders who oversee bar and alcohol operations and staff
We are looking for:

*You must have a current Duty Manager Certificate
Who are we you ask?
At Montana Group our specialised VILLAGE events team works on all facets of the event experience including art direction and branding; build logistics with a focus on Greenfield sites; retail, crew, and corporate catering; alcohol management and beverage strategy; and user experience design including furniture, theming, and VIP spaces.
VILLAGE has a successful track record at major events like Auckland City Limits, Lexus Urban Polo, and HSBC NZ Sevens. We are responsible for managing all public retail outlets at FMG Stadium Waikato and Claudelands Events Centre.
