Vineyard (Source Material) Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Full Time

  Riversun Nursery

  Gisborne, Gisborne

Riversun Nursery is focused on “Growing Excellence”- providing a safe and nurturing environment for our people, our plants, our community and our planet.  We are committed to achieving genuine sustainability - having already eliminated artificial fertilisers, systemic sprays and herbicides from our field nursery operations.  We have been carboNZero certified since 2018 and have many other exciting sustainability initiatives well underway.  Riversun is New Zealand’s premier supplier of certified plant material.

Riversun is based in beautiful Te Tairawhiti, first City to see the sun, home of beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic surfing, fishing and hunting.  We may be small, but we punch well above our weight when it comes to our beauty and natural resources.  A traffic jam in Gisborne mean’s it takes you 15 minutes to get somewhere instead of 10, a crowded beach is when you can see someone a few hundred metres down from you and there are such things as your “good” shorts when you go out in Summer!  Gisborne offers a more relaxed and family friendly way of life, where you won’t be stuck in your vehicle for hours each day commuting, where the beach or bush is truly on your doorstep and Lake Waikaremoana is just up the road.
