The Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll be integral in ensuring the smooth operations of the vineyard. Responsible for tractor work, ground, crop and vehicle maintenance, you’ll enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into the variety of tasks that this role brings. 

This is a physical role, so you will need to be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors, you’ll also need:

  • A strong and proactive work ethic
  • An understanding of basic machinery maintenance (e.g. oil, water, wear and tear checks, filter change, cleaning)
  • The ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team
  • A commitment to Health and Safety 
  • A full NZ drivers licence

Previous experience in driving tractors would be an advantage.
