Logistics Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Paritua is an organic certified single vineyard with 56 hectares grapes planted based in the Bridge Pa Triangle in Hawkes Bay, producing high quality White and Red wines that show our region well.

We have a great domestic presence and expanding export customer base.

We are looking for an experienced Logistics coordinator to take on this growing role.

Working hours are flexible for the right candidate. 

Core Aspects of the Logistics Role:

• Maintain professional working relationships and communication with our customers for all order requirements
• Working with freight forwarders and export customers to meet shipping requirements
• Co-ordinate the administration of all export and domestic shipments 
• Prepare and manage documents for wine export 
• Production planning including bottling run, ordering packaging materials, packing requirements
• An understanding of the Wineworks portal – entering shipments 

 

Requirements

• An understanding of the Wineworks portal – entering shipments 
• Experience in Production and/or Logistics
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills, within a fluid environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer proficiency essential
• Ability to work in New Zealand
