As Bureau Chief you will run all the administration and logistical functions of the company, and provide support right across this nimble, passionate and determined team. You will be constantly updating the sales systems, tracking stock management and stock reporting, coordinating packaging and logistics, and providing support to sales logistics including export documentation. But it’s the people interaction that will count most here. This new company is entirely customer-centric and this role is all about engaging across the team, and with customers and all key stakeholders, to ensure the promise of this fine wine offering meets the market with pin-point precision.
To win this role you must be able to demonstrate relevant administration experience in functional support roles. Experience in the wine industry, relating to logistics and planning will be a real advantage. An exposure to premium brands would be highly regarded here. Either way you will know what it takes to ensure everything, and anything is accurate from start to finish in a sales and logistics sense. An eye for detail, a natural affinity with systems and process, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are all essential qualities you will need in this role.
