Delegat is now looking for a talented Human Resource professional with a strong operational background to join our People and Performance team based at our Corporate Office, The Viaduct, Auckland.

Reporting to the Group People and Performance Manager, this role will be responsible for human resource activities across our Winemaking, Viticulture and Corporate functions. The Operations divisions consist of 200 people based in Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Marlborough and Barossa Valley.

The People and Performance Business Partner will collaborate with leaders to plan and manage people focused activities and initiatives in the key areas of:

• Workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
• Development and refinement of Workplace Health and Safety practices in partnership with the business
• Performance and remuneration programmes
• Coordination and facilitation of learning and development activities
• Employment relations and legislation

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' or more experience in a similar role, along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; excellent WHS knowledge and experience in an operations environment; an applied understanding of New Zealand employment legislation; and the ability to work collaboratively with the business to deliver high quality outcomes. Applicants will require a relevant tertiary qualification.
