A proudly Kiwi company with industry roots extending back 30 + years, we specialize in the marketing and distribution of premium wine, beer and cider brands throughout New Zealand.
Opportunities have arisen to join our team in the capacity of Territory Manager. As we evolve the business, initial 6 month fixed term contract role opportunities exist in the Akl Central/East, Akl South / Hamilton, BOP and Hawkes Bay territories. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain positive relationships with our existing customers;
- Identify and optimize sales opportunities;
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions;
- Ensure our chosen products are receiving maximum exposure in store.
You will be part of a wider national team, and have the opportunity to make a newly re-structured territory your own. In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate an ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, be highly organised and be able to successfully work autonomously whilst keeping the team objectives front of mind.
In addition, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the FMCG industry (wine/liquor experience not essential)
- Proven sales success.
- Be a savvy negotiator.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Have excellent communication skills.
