The Role:

Located in Hastings, we are seeking a full-time Vineyard Machinery Operator. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours a week, however due to seasonal demands, hours may vary.  

Your Profile: 

• Possess a passion for organics and sustainability
• Accurate and efficient
• Full Drivers Licence
• Be able to operate a sprayer
• Have a Growsafe Certificate
• Be physically fit and healthy with excellent vision
• Able to carry out and follow instructions
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Experienced and Reliable
• Available to work up to 7 days per week as Saturday/Sunday could be required if weather prevents weekday tasks, or work is required on the weekend due to seasonal requirements
• Prepared to work during frost protection and meet spraying deadlines
• Previous tractor driving experience
• Familiar with Vineyard specific implements
