The Role:

Located in Hastings, we are seeking a full-time Vineyard Manager. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours a week, however, due to seasonal demands hours may vary. This role is unique to the Bostock Group of Companies, and will report directly to the Technical Manager.

Your Profile: 

• At least 5 years Vineyard Management experience.
• Tertiary qualified in viticulture preferred, but not essential.
• High level of understanding management principles and employee relations.
• Experienced in operating Vineyards under Organic Management is preferred.
• GrowSafe certification.
• Full Drivers Licence.
• Working knowledge of current occupational Health & Safety requirements, including implementing and reporting on H&S initiatives and procedures.
• An ability to work autonomously and undertake daily management of all vineyard staff.
• Expertise in operating all vineyard machinery.  
• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Be computer savvy, particularly using Microsoft Office.
