We have exciting opportunities for Bartenders to come and join the fun team at Andiamo Eatery in Herne Bay. 

We are a small-ish but passionate team, and we love what we create and are ready to adopt new faces into our little family. 

Ideally, we would like for someone who is open for full time and permanent work.

Key Accountability Areas:

Customer Satisfaction

• Commitment to Andiamo's customer service standards
• Anticipate and strive to exceeds customers' expectations relative to service and quality of beverages and the atmosphere created

Quality Control

• Deliver a high standard of drink making, wine handling and pouring at all times
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, beer and food
• Maintain Stock Levels relative to beverages and relevant supplies and equipment.
• Ensure bar is in a clean and presentable state at all times.
• Work within the Sale of Liquor act.

Communication

• Ensure two-way flow of communication is continually maintained with opportunities for input and feedback with managers and colleagues.
• Attend bar meetings

Other

• Full commitment to individual development and training
• Full commitment to all development opportunities 
• Inform managers of any equipment shortages or malfunctions

About you:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar establishment 
• People and communication skills
• Professional demeanour when on site 
• Must work well in a team 
• Friendly energetic, and hard-working attitude
• A willingness to learn 
• Works effectively autonomously and as part of a team with integrity 
• Ability to work under pressure and identify and manager stress
