About the role:
The Supply Chain & Logistics Support is an important role in the business and is responsible for supporting the sales function with processing and invoicing orders. Reporting to the Supply Chain Service Level Manager, this is a hands-on position and will require you to take ownership of a wide range of tasks. Specific areas of responsibility will include working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, accurately and efficiently processing and invoicing orders, managing shipment compliances, liaising with 3rd party logistics providers, assisting with the co-ordination of samples and other tasks as required.
About you:
You will have previous experience in a supply chain/ logistics support role where you have been responsible for all areas of processing orders, seeing them through from start to finish – export experience preferable. You will be familiar with cloud based ERP systems, Dynamics 365 Business Central would be ideal, Sharepoint, Excel and 3rd party portal systems. Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, your communication skills will be top notch and you will be able to build rapport with ease.
