The Wine Portfolio is a privately-owned, fully-integrated wine company and has been part of the Katikati community since 1978. The Leveret and Mills Reef winery has built an enviable reputation for its wines both domestically and internationally.

We are looking for an experienced Cellar Supervisor to become involved in:

  • Ensuring efficient and effective running of the cellar as directed by the Winemakers
  • Bulk wine receipt and dispatch
  • Bottling and disgorging operations
  • Record keeping and quality control
  • Supervising a small team
  • Purchasing, maintaining and servicing all cellar equipment
  • Control and ordering of cellar dry goods
  • Occasional Lab work
  • Involvement in blending/tasting sessions

The successful applicant will have relevant wine industry/cellar operations experience with exceptional people management skills and a desire to progress their career within the wine industry.
