Pre-Production Admin Team Member (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

This is a full-time and permanent office based role, primarily responsible for coordinating a timely and efficient flow of production specifications to our Production Team, printing carton labels and managing accurate production volume specifications and post-run invoices. Pre-Production Team Members become a key contact for our valued clients and other internal departments. The hours of work will be 8.00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility in these hours may be required from time to time.

The successful candidate will have a strong client focus, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is a dynamic role, with many touchpoints across the business and the industry, being flexible and accommodating are a must! This position will suit someone who has previous production, logistics or customer service experience. A fun & positive personality with a sense of humour is a must!

· Have a great attention to detail with a high level of information retention 

· Have maturity to recognise and pre-empt issues, and offer solutions as required

· Competent in Microsoft applications. Any previous experience in invoicing would be an advantage

· Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment psychometric testing

· Willingness to learn and develop within the role

· A New Zealand Citizen or Resident
