About the role
The Cadet Viticulturist/Winemaker is a newly-created development role, ideally suited to someone who has recently finished their studies looking for a rounded experience in growing and making wine. It is a one year, fixed-term position that will see you assisting both the Viticulture and Winemaking teams at different stages of the process. The role will provide exposure to all steps in the process gearing you up for your future in the industry.
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in Oenology/Viticulture or a related field
- Self motivated
- Excellent communicator
- Passion for wine
This is a fixed-term, one year role that will take full advantage of your industry knowledge, problem solving ability and attention to detail. While needing a high level of drive and initiative, you will also have that balance of technical skills combined with a pragmatic approach. In return, training and mentorship will be provided by our experienced team and you will help craft World-class wines in a rewarding environment.
