Framingham is currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual for a unique position. This is a hands-on role comprising of 70% winery / 30% vineyard, involving all aspects of the day-to-day cellar and vineyard work. Working closely with winemakers and viticulturist you will receive internal training regarding all equipment and procedures. For the right person we will also offer external training.
This role would be suitable for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the wine industry.

Key responsibilities within this role, including but not limited to:
- Day-to-day Cellar operations such as transfers, racking, barrel work, additions etc.
- Ensuring cellar hygiene practices are maintained
- Identifying and helping to solve issues as they arise
- Pest & Disease monitoring
- Irrigation checks and maintenance
- Yield estimation and sampling
- Ensuring H&S procedures are practised, maintained and improved
