Overall Objective:
The position of Customer Service Administrator is to provide support to customers and staff. You will be the customers first point of contact with Pacific Rim and will need to consistently reflect our professional and technical excellence.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Communicates clearly, concisely and appropriately with customers and staff. Making sound decisions based on training and experience in the wine industry on samples and customer queries, where knowledge and skill allows.
Client focus: Listens to and understands the needs of the clients. Displays a professional approach, meets and exceeds client needs. Provide a friendly approachable first point of contact for customers.
eQual: Accurate and efficient entry of data and samples into eQual (Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)).
Xero: Knowledgeable and skilled in Xero functions including Purchase orders and updating customer data.
