Rock Ferry Wines is a small, Marlborough-based wine producer, making premium organic wines from Marlborough and Central Otago.
We are looking for an Events & Hospitality Marketing Manager, with at least 3 years’ experience, for a 24-month fixed term position. The role will co-ordinate marketing plans for our existing hospitality businesses and in particular help with the development and promotion of new event and hospitality projects. You must be competent with communications delivery and the production of marketing material, (skills with art & design essential) and have experience with cellar door/restaurant hosting and an understanding of accommodation reservations systems.
Key attributes required are:
- ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- a good understanding of IT, communication and social media platforms
- high level of computer literacy
- creativity and flair in communicating our winegrowing philosophy
- passion for organic/biodynamic wine production
- a team approach and a can-do attitude
