We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Manager to join our team and ensure the continued excellence of our wine production process.
Key Priorities include:

Quality Control: Conduct tests on wine samples throughout the production process, including harvest, fermentation, and bottling.

Data Management: Record and analyse laboratory results, maintain accurate data, and ensure timely entry into databases.

Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and troubleshooting any issues.

Research and Development: Evaluate and recommend new tests and technologies to improve quality control and winemaking processes.

Compliance: Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to address any concerns and participate in tastings and work in the cellar and vineyard as required.
About you:
-
3+ years of winery laboratory analysis and monitoring experience, especially Enzymatic Assays, F/TSO2, pH, TA, Brix by DMA and stability testing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment maintenance.

Experience with vintrace and vinwizard.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
