Hortus Ltd is a family-owned labour supply and vineyard management contracting company with a strong reputation in the Marlborough market.
Due to the growth, our vineyard management and viticultural division is seeking additional Vineyard Machine Operators to join our hard-working and dedicated team.
Our dream scenario is to find skilled operators with at least one year’s experience in day-to-day vineyard management. The role includes operating vineyard machinery such as a gondola and harvester, monitoring irrigation, trellis maintenance, implementing spray programmes and basic machinery maintenance.
In addition to your practical vineyard maintenance and machinery skills, we are looking for people that thrive working as part of a hard-working and professional team. To succeed in our business, you’ll be a great communicator, trustworthy and reliable.
To be considered for these full-time, permanent roles, a full driver’s licence is essential along with the ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
