Berakah Vineyard Management (BVM) is a leading viticultural business specialising in full vineyard management and consultancy for well over 20 years. We are seeking applicants for the role of Operations Viticulturist. This is a senior role within the management team. BVM is a business made of qualified ex Wine Company Viticulturists with considerable experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on being streamlined, efficient and adaptable to suit the ever-changing dynamics of the industry.

Reporting to company Viticulturists and Directors, the role is interesting and varied with involvement in ALL aspects of grape growing.

The successful applicant will exhibit the following attributes:

• Proven track record of field operations set up.

• Strong logistical skills.
• Sound understanding of technology, apps, software programs.
• Broad viticultural knowledge.
• The ability to work varied hours and weekends, depending on the time of the season.
• The ability to self-start and manage your time to achieve deadlines.
