PACKAGING SUPERVISOR (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Manage and operate the bottling line, ensuring targets are met while exceeding quality standards.

Reporting to the Brewery Manager and working as an integral part of the team, you will utilise and build on your existing knowledge and experience in this 'all-rounder' and hands-on position.

Key functions will cover all packaging operations, including but not limited to;

•    Performing all packing operations, meeting production schedules
•    Effectively manage packaging labour
•    Managing bottling tasks and associated administration
•    Ongoing maintenance and servicing of bottling line
•    Training, induction and management of staff
•    Promotion and education around health and safety policies and procedures 
•    On-site forklift operating
•    Assisting with order preparation, both for export and domestic
•    Ad-hoc tasks in the Brewhouse and Cellar as and when required

Recent and relevant experience in the above tasks is what we are looking for. Perhaps you have the practical experience necessary but in the wine industry? If you have a passion for craft beer, the desire to do quality work, strong initiative and a mechanical aptitude then we want to hear from you ASAP.
