Production Team Leader - Night Shift (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

About the role

WineWorks is seeking an experienced Team Leader who can lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be joining an established leadership team, running two of our five bottling lines.

The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces technology, has proven leadership experience, aims to achieve high standards, and exceeds quality goals. Our bottling lines are largely automated, so you must thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have great trouble shooting skills. Above all else – we are looking for the right attitude to be the perfect fit for our team. 

This is a full-time and permanent salaried position primarily working within the hours of 5.00pm to 5.00am, Monday to Thursday.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in a production environment would be an advantage, however not necessary for someone with the right attitude and leadership experience.
  • Thorough understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • A drive for results and is improvement focused.
  • Shares our passion for upskilling people and can invest time into supporting the manager to develop high performing teams.
  • A clear and positive communicator who can ensure relevant information is passed onto the team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to delegate work tasks, plan resources & support the team to meet deadlines.
  • Resilient under pressure and a great problem solver.
