 A bit about our Low/No alcohol programme - We start by creating premium, full-strength wine. Then use innovative spinning cone technology to gently distil the wine into three layers: aroma, alcohol, and the body of the wine. We then collect the delicate aroma and recombine it with the body of the wine, adding just a touch of premium grape juice to produce our final blend: a refreshing, delicious 0% wine with low calories. 

We are now looking for Specialist Cellar Operators to join our Low/No alcohol wine team at Giesen Group Winery in Marlborough, 26 Bristol Street, Riverlands and we’d love you to join us. 

To be successful, you must:

  • Be energetic, motivated, and hard-working
  • Have values and work ethic aligned with the Giesen way of working
  • Be able to problem solve and have strong attention to detail
  • Be a team player
  • Be flexible about working hours during a 24/7 operation, morning, afternoons and night shifts
  • Have skills and/or life experience that adds value to our team
  • Exhibit a passion for making wine and the wine industry
  • Have good English speaking and writing skills
  • Be physically fit and have a great attitude
  • Have worked in a winery with prior cellar experience

In return, we will:

  • Offer you a fixed term contract, minimum 32 hours per week
  • Competitive remuneration package, depending on experience and skills ranging between $26.00 and $34.00
  • Provide you with the opportunity to grow your skills and experience, and receive full in-house training on all SOPs
