Our fast-growing Marlborough wine and vineyard business is on the hunt for a flexible, experienced and solutions-focused professional to support the delivery of our award-wining wines to our valued customers, within New Zealand and to the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Inventory management and data entry using modern ERP system
- Reconciliation, analysis and reporting of wine inventory and sales movements
- Packaged wine assemblies
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of domestic and international orders
- Drygoods management, ordering and forecasting
Skills and experience required:
- Experience with production and/or inventory systems are essential for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will be systems savvy with well-developed problem-solving skills, as well as tenacity and a focus on detail. You will be passionate and have critical organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to change because this is a fast-paced role in a dynamic and exciting industry.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersoanl skills to form and manage relationships with our business partners, building up goodwill, and of course to represent our brand with pride. Salary will be based on experience.
