As a quality-focused company, this role plays a vital link in the accurate and timely delivery of products and services to our customers. This role also supports several key administrative functions within the office, as well as being the first point of contact for customers or suppliers.
Core responsibilities would be:
- Stock Management of offsite and onsite stock
- Ensuring: bottled stock is ready to fulfil orders and onsite wine-room has stock for local deliveries, events and courier dispatches
- Booking and planning of all bottling production in consultation with winemaking team
- Ordering and proofing of drygoods including work on pricing
- Attending bottling and labelling runs
- Liaising with New Zealand and overseas distributors to forecast future stock requirements and provide information on new products and stock availability updates
- Managing and processing domestic and export dispatches
- Organizing rework and manual labelling requirements
- Monitoring inventory levels and sales forecasts
- General administration support
Key skills and attributes required:
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management is crucial
- Ability to multi-task while being clear on priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional customer service focus
- Good computer skills including experience with office
- A positive attitude and can-do approach to working in a small team.
