Della Toffola Pacific is a prominent brand in the wine industry and has major clients including Yalumba, Giesen, Oyster Bay, Jacob's Creek and Fosters.
The company has experienced rapid growth and requires an additional technician in either electrical or engineering to compliment the existing team.
About the role
To support the business in the following areas:
- Manage the maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
- Manage the installation of complete winery set ups and filtration of brewery products.
- Participate in product trials with customers and ensure the trails are managed within agreed protocols.
- Forward potential product sales to relevant territory managers and identify new product needs in the industry.
- Ensure technical knowledge relevant to products and associated areas is maintained and used effectively.
- Ensure customer technical enquiries are managed in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot problems with customer equipment.
- Ensure the company image including all products and promotions are represented professionally at both supplier and customer visits. This includes all trade shows and exhibitions.
- Ensure good supplier and customer rapport is established.
The successful candidate will likely have:
- Qualifications and/or background in Electrical or Engineering specific to the wine or beverage Industry.
- The successful applicant will also have advanced computer skills, solid technical aptitude and great communication skills.
- The successful applicant will have the desire and capacity to travel locally and overseas on a regular basis.
