Auntsfield is a family-owned and operated vineyard and winery producing quality Single Vineyard and Single Block wines from the Southern Valleys in Marlborough.

This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in all aspects of winemaking as part of a 3-person winemaking team. The applicant will be involved in all aspects of winemaking, will be required at times to work alone, and will spend the majority of time in the cellar performing winery operations.

This is a fixed-term position. Work will start as soon as practical for the successful applicant and continue through to July or August, depending on constraints the applicant may have.

Minimum Requirements:

• Honest, reliable and hardworking.
• Dedicated to a career in the wine industry.
• Some winery experience (at least 2 vintages)
• Have a "can do" attitude (underlying dry sense of humor is acceptable).
• Be physically fit and able to work long hours when required.

Advantageous:

• Forklift certification.
• Related tertiary qualifications and/or multiple years in winery positions.
• A broard and deep knowledge and understanding of winery operations.
